Sauti Sol is a Kenyan afro-pop band formed in Nairobi by vocalists Bien-Aimé Baraza, Willis Chimano and Savara Mudigi in 2005. Initially an a cappella group, guitarist Polycarp Otieno joined before they named themselves Sauti.
The band is presently in Lagos, Nigeria for a media tour and they are using the opportunity to work with a number of a-list Nigerian artistes including Davido, Adekunle Gold and Tiwa Savage on new songs.
They disclosed this in an interview with BN yesterday while also revealing they were working with some a-list Nigerian music producers as well.
