EME boss Mr. Capable better known as Banky W shared a photo of his shirtless self on Instagram on Friday to share his work out progress with his hundreds of thousands Instagram fans.
The R&B star has been in and out of the gym and admitted one day he is fit fam, the other he is fat fam.
