Some students of the University of Lagos have taken to the school routes to protest the shocking death of a 300 level accounting student on Tuesday night, September 8th.

The reason for the protest is thought to be a comment made by one lecturer named Mr. Ajape who urged the students to move on . A student from the department quoted the lecturer saying “She’s dead and gone”. It is understood that the students are far from happy with the comments made by the lecturer.

Efforts made by the Deal of Students Affairs Prof. Tunde Babawale, who attempted to dialogue with the students, have proved abortive as the protesters were uninterested
